Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
About me: psychologist / psychotherapist in Warsaw
I am a psychologist, and work as an individual psychotherapist using cognitive-behavioural techniques. I work with adults who seek help, understanding and support, as well as those who are or have been confronted with difficult and stressful situations.
I hold an MS degree in Psychology from the University of Psychology and Neuroscience in Maastricht, the Netherlands (2011). I am in my last year of a four-year psychotherapy education program at the Centre of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in Warsaw, Poland. Besides my psychotherapy education, I am also pursuing a PhD in Psychodermatology at the Medical University of Łodź.
I have a Dutch and Polish background, but grew up internationally. Since 2012 I have resided in Warsaw. Having lived in various countries, I am open-minded, not judgmental, and I can understand situations even though they may be from different cultures or different languages. I can offer help in the following languages which I speak fluently: English, Polish, Dutch, and French.
My work is regularly monitored and evaluated by a supervisor.
