Disorders and problems

We all have our bad days. We may all experience sadness, shame, frustration, or anger. We may feel blue, have low self-esteem, or lack motivation. These are normal things which every person in the world experiences from time to time.


The problem starts when the way we feel, think or behave is longer lasting and affects our lives negatively. This is the point at which we need to stop and think about what is going wrong. 

Below is a list of common disorders and problems.
